I kindly ask that any cancellations or appointment changes be made at least 24 hours in advance so that I can adjust my schedule and offer the time to another client.
If you're running late or need to reschedule, please communicate as soon as possible. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may affect your ability to book future appointments.
All deposits are non-refundable and go toward your final balance.
